Since last June, when President Joe Biden signed the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022 (OSRA-22) into law, the Federal Maritime Commis- sion (FMC) has received countless recommendations from industry and poured through public feedback, and the agency will review the final rule before voting and releasing it to the public.
